Across both Mergermarket and Refinitiv rankings, we are not only the highest ranked Singapore firm in multiple categories, but also one of the most active advisors in the region by both deal value and volume.
In Mergermarket’s Southeast Asia rankings, we are the highest ranked Singapore firm by deal value (US$12.2billion). By deal count, we lead the region with 31 deals, ranking first amongst Singapore firms.
Refinitiv’s Global M&A Review highlights our cross-border reach. We are the only Singapore firm ranked across multiple categories by deal value, including Asia (ex-Japan), Asia Pacific, China and French announced deals. We are also the highest ranked Singapore firm for Southeast Asia announced deals by value.
In Refinitiv’s Emerging Markets M&A Review, we are the only Singapore firm ranked for Asia Pacific announced deals by value, as well as for Chinese and Indian announced deals. We are also the only Singapore firm ranked for Indian completed deals. In the mid-market segment, Refinitiv’s M&A Mid-Market Legal Advisory Review ranks us first for Singapore involvement by deal count, and we are also the highest ranked Singapore firm for small-cap deals by deal count in the M&A Small-Cap Legal Advisory Review.
