  • Ascendas Asia Real Estate Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (as manager of Ascendas China Business Parks Fund 4 ("ACBPF4")) and Ascendas China Business Park IV Trustee Pte. Ltd. (as trustee of ACBPF4) in the disposal of its interest in six properties located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Ascendas Innovation Towers and Ascendas Innovation Hub located in the Hi-tech Industries Development Zone in Xi'an, China to CapitaLand Retail China Trust and CapitaLand.
  • Shareholder of Sincere Watch Limited ("Sincere Watch") in the sale of its entire interest in Sincere Watch to Cortina Holdings Ltd.
  • EFG BANK AG, Singapore Branch in the acquisition of BSI Bank Limited's Singapore private banking business.
  • Easton Overseas Limited, in the voluntary conditional cash offer for all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of China Merchants Holdings (Pacific) Limited.
  • Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and IBC Capital Limited in the acquisition of all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of Goodpack Limited. The deal was awarded the "M&A Deal of the Year" at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2015 and the "M&A Deal of the Year: Private Equity" at The Asian Lawyer Asia Legal Awards 2015. It was also one of the "Asian-Mena Counsel Deals of the Year 2014".
