Oliver LI is a Senior Legal Consultant in the China Practice. His areas of practice are litigation and arbitration with a focus on construction, real estate, foreign direct investment, employment, international trade and intellectual property.
Oliver is on the Panel of Arbitrators of Thailand Arbitration Centre (THAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC), Wuhan Arbitration Commission (WHAC), Shenyang Arbitration Commission (SYAC), Harbin Arbitration Commission (HRBAC) and Ningbo Arbitration Commission (NBAC).
Oliver graduated from the University of International Business & Economics (UIBE) with Master of Laws and is admitted to the Bar of the People's Republic of China. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

- A Hong Kong-listed real estate corporation in a CIETAC arbitration concerning claims for approximately RMB2 billion as damages for breach of properties purchase agreement.
- The controlling shareholder of a Shanghai-listed corporation in a CIETAC arbitration concerning a joint venture dispute.
- A Shanghai-listed corporation in a CIETAC arbitration concerning an international trade dispute.
- A subsidiary of a Hong Kong-listed corporation in a BAC arbitration concerning a construction dispute.
- A Hong Kong-listed corporation in an ICC arbitration concerning wrongful termination of contract.
- The controlling shareholder of a Shanghai-listed real estate corporation before Jiangsu Province High Court concerning breach of joint development contract.
