  • Keppel Corporation Limited in the S$8.7 billion merger of its shipyard and offshore marine engineering business with Sembcorp Marine Ltd and the transfer of its legacy rig assets, associated receivables and associated intercompany loans to Kyanite Investment Holdings, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.
  • Temasek Holdings in its joint venture with DBS Bank Ltd, Singapore Exchange Limited and Standard Chartered PLC to develop Climate Impact X, a carbon exchange and marketplace providing organisations with high-quality carbon credits to address hard-to-abate emissions.
  • REA Group Ltd. in its joint venture with 99 Pte Ltd to create a digital property marketplace with the largest customer and listings footprint in Singapore and Indonesia.
  • Macquarie’s Green Investment Group in the acquisition by its portfolio company Blueleaf Energy of a majority stake in an Indian clean energy solutions provider, Vibrant Energy Holdings Pte. Ltd., from ATN International, Inc. The acquisition marks Blueleaf Energy’s entry into the Indian market, which is now the 3rd largest solar market in the world.
  • Temasek Holdings in its joint venture with Singapore Exchange Limited to set up Marketnode, Asia-Pacific's first exchange-led digital infrastructure in the fixed income space.
