23 Jul 2020 PublicationOur Head of Restructuring & Insolvency, Manoj Pillay Sandrasegara and lawyers Clayton Chong and Eden Li were recently invited to author the Singapore jurisdiction report that formed part of a compendium of 16 reports examining the corporate restructuring and insolvency regimes in the Asia Pacific region. A first study of its kind, the “Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency in Asia 2020” report was published by the Asian Business Law Institute and the International Insolvency Institute. In the Singapore jurisdiction report, our lawyers provided insights on the historical development of insolvency and restructuring regimes in Singapore, how the regimes intersect in practice and the groundbreaking reforms in recent years.
