The Personal Data Protection Commission published a total of four decisions between January to March 2022 relating to the Protection Obligation, the Accountability Obligation, the Consent Obligation, as well as the Purpose Limitation Obligation under the Personal Data Protection Act.

In this quarterly update, we summarise and outline some decisions of interest relating to the enforcement of the above.
