The General Division of the Singapore High Court (High Court), in Salutica Allied Solutions Sdn Bhd v Apple South Asia Pte. Ltd. [2026] SGHCR 22, granted an application to form a confidentiality club to protect the confidentiality of documents disclosed in discovery under a two-tier confidentiality regime. However, the High Court rejected the proposed prosecution bar.
