Titled "Handling Financial Services Investigations", the chapter covers the role of local regulatory bodies in driving compliance and enforcement, along with the various tools for businesses that encourage voluntary disclosure and self-reporting. Our Partners also share insights on the different considerations made during internal investigations as well as Singapore’s role in cross-border investigations and ensuring international cooperation.
