Jenny Tsin (Co-Head of Employment) and Michelle Thio (Senior Associate) contributed the Singapore chapter to the International Bar Association (IBA) Global Employment Institute's 14th Annual Global Report on National Regulatory Trends in Human Resources Law.
Drawing on insights from employment lawyers across 48 jurisdictions, the report examines key trends shaping workplaces around the world. Topics include skilled workforce shortages, evolving flexible work arrangements, the growing use of artificial intelligence and its impact on employment, data protection, workplace wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, remuneration issues, and significant legislative developments.
