Our Deputy Head of Commercial & Corporate Disputes Wendy Lin and Partners Monica Chong Wan Yee, Koh Jill Ann and Ho Yi Jie recently co-authored the Singapore chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) – Enforcement of Foreign Judgments 2025.

It also outlines the procedural steps for enforcement, including applications in the General Division of the High Court and obtaining summary judgments, as well as grounds for challenging recognition or enforcement, such as conflicts with local judgments or pending proceedings.
