In their exploration of the issue, they illustrate the potential of the Singapore regime by relying on recent case law, in particular, the Court of Appeal's decision in Pathfinder Strategic Credit LP v Empire Capital Resources Pte Ltd [2019], to show how the groundwork has been laid for the restructuring of corporate groups.
