On 12 August 2026, the Monetary Authority of Singapore issued an Information Paper on Culture Capabilities for Effective Remediation and Sustainable Change (Information Paper), which sets out supervisory observations on four culture capabilities associated with more effective remediation of serious risk events and lower likelihood of recurrence.
