On 6 October 2026, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Bill (Bill) was introduced for first reading in Parliament. The Bill seeks to amend the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996 and make consequential and related amendments to certain other Acts.
