On 12 August 2026, the Registry of Trade Marks issued Circular No. 3/2026 and the Registry of Patents issued Circular No. 5/2026 announcing that IPOS will, from 1 September 2026, resume the acceptance of new requests under the SG Patents Fast and SG Trade Marks Fast acceleration programmes.
