Our Deputy Head of Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice Melanie Ho and Partner Alvin Lim recently contributed to the Singapore Chapter in the 10th Edition of The Life Sciences Law Review where they expound on the various regulatory frameworks that govern Singapore’s life sciences industry including the sale and production of health products, clinical trials and competition issues that arise from the pharmaceutical and medical sector. They also share their insights on recent developments in Singapore’s healthcare sector in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and technological developments.
