World Law Group’s 2021 Global Venture Capital Guide
29 Jan 2021 PublicationOur Joint Heads of the WPGrow: Start-Up / Venture Capital Practice Ong Sin Wei and Kyle Lee recently contributed to the Singapore chapter in World Law Group’s (WLG) 2021 Global Venture Capital Guide, which serves as a Q&A-style multi-jurisdictional guide to venture capital law in more than 30 countries.
In the chapter, Sin Wei and Kyle shared insights on typical investment sectors, regulatory approval requirements, legal limitations on acquisition of control in portfolio companies, and preferred investment structures on venture capital deals in Singapore, amongst others.
