WongPartnership is acting for the offeror, Frasers Property Hospitality Trust Holdings Pte. Ltd. and TCC Group Investments Limited, a stapled securityholder of Frasers Hospitality Trust, in relation to the proposed privatisation of Frasers Hospitality Trust.
