Singapore, 31 October 2018 – WongPartnership is pleased to share three of our Partners’ most recent achievements.

Smitha Menon, Partner in our Restructuring & Insolvency, Banking & Financial Disputes and International Arbitration Practices, has been named in Asia Legal Business’s 40 under 40 list (2018) of outstanding legal professionals in the region. The fourth annual list features the most accomplished lawyers who have worked on some of the most significant deals and disputes in the past year.

Wendy Lin, Partner in our Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration Practices, has been named as one of the four most highly-regarded litigation Partners in Asia-Pacific in Who’s Who Legal: Litigation - Future Leaders 2018’s inaugural list of standout practitioners in the litigation field aged 45 or younger. The list recognises future leaders in the market, for their innovative and outstanding work in contentious dispute resolution.

Lionel Leo, Partner in our Banking & Financial Disputes Practice, was conferred the inaugural Joseph Grimberg Outstanding Young Advocate Award 2018. The prestigious Award seeks to honour the memory of Mr Joseph Grimberg, a highly-regarded former Judicial Commissioner and Senior Counsel in Singapore, and will be awarded each year to a young lawyer who has shown excellence in his/her work and achievements, while also displaying outstanding professional excellence and ethical standards.
