WongPartnership is proud to have acted as counsel to Info-Tech Systems Ltd. (“Info-Tech”), as well as counsel to the Vendors, Lee Kim Heng Peter and Yeoh Sin Yee, in connection with Info-Tech’s initial public offering and listing. Info-Tech debuted on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange on 4 July 2025, and is the first cloud-based SaaS human resource management and accounting software provider to list on the Singapore Exchange. Info-Tech’s initial public offering is also the first on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange this year, as well as the first initial public offering on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange since December 2021.

As a Singapore-based provider of cloud-based human resources, accounting and payroll software, Info-Tech serves over 23,000 organisations and more than 850,000 active users across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India. Its strong customer base and high retention rates underscore the growing demand for technology-driven workforce management solutions in the region. The proceeds are expected to support, among other things, further product development, enhance sales and marketing activities, and expansion into new markets.
