08 Oct 2020WongPartnership has been acting for KKR & Co. Inc. (“KKR”) since its initial investment in PropertyGuru in the Series D funding round in 2018 and most recently, in PropertyGuru's latest S$300 million funding round.
PropertyGuru, launched in 2007, is Southeast Asia's pioneering property technology company. Following its cancelled initial public offering due to market volatility last year, the company has raised another S$300 million from KKR and TPG Capital, its long-standing shareholders and existing investors of the Group for the past two and five years respectively. The additional investment will enable PropertyGuru to continue building Southeast Asia's property trust platform and accelerate their momentum in key markets.
