This complex Asia–United States transaction brought together a global technology platform and a Singapore-based AI business at the forefront of autonomous AI development. As Singapore counsel, we conducted legal due diligence and advised on key corporate, employment, commercial and regulatory matters, while supporting the negotiation and review of transaction and ancillary documentation across multiple workstreams. Our practical and commercially focused advice enabled stakeholders to manage jurisdiction-specific risks effectively while maintaining deal momentum in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
The successful completion of the transaction highlights our capability in delivering clear, integrated Singapore law advice within sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions involving cutting-edge technology assets.
