17 Mar 2026WongPartnership acted for BNP Paribas Wealth Management in advising on the establishment of BNP Paribas Bridge Foundation, a donor-advised fund platform in Singapore aimed at family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
BNP Paribas Bridge Foundation provides a structured framework for charitable giving, enabling donors to pursue philanthropic objectives while meeting international standards in governance, fiduciary oversight and regulatory compliance.
Our scope of work included advising on the set-up and governance of the philanthropic entity, as well as the preparation of the donor agreement and related ancillary documentation. The mandate involved a broad range of legal considerations, including charities, tax, corporate, banking and securities regulatory matters.
