WongPartnership Advised Silicon Box on US$228 Million Equity and Debt Financing
22 Jun 2026WongPartnership advised Silicon Box Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-headquartered advanced semiconductor packaging unicorn company specialising in cutting-edge integration technology and manufacturing processes, on its equity and debt financing.
These transactions included the US$100 million Series B2 funding round in 2024, US$150 million Series B2 extension funding round, and S$100 million debt financing (with an accordion option) from leading institutional investors.
These transactions were led by a multidisciplinary team comprising Kyle Lee, Jacob Low, Michelle Kum and Wiesiek Khoo (Mergers & Acquisitions); Christy Lim, Clarence Kang, Norman Ng, Constance Tay and Audrey Soh (Banking & Finance); and Serene Soh, Dion Ng and Nathanael Goh (Corporate Real Estate).
