WongPartnership is pleased to announce that we have been onboarded as a whitelisted partner under Enterprise Singapore’s Business Adaptation Grant (BizAdapt).

The Singapore Economic Resilience Taskforce (SERT) was established in April this year to help businesses and workers navigate the uncertainties arising from the US tariffs and related global developments, strengthen Singapore’s resilience, and position Singapore to thrive in the new economic landscape. In July, the SERT announced BizAdapt to help Singapore firms adapt their business operations and strengthen their supply chain resilience. BizAdapt was officially launched by Enterprise SG on 7 October 2025.

Companies eligible for the grant include those with at least 30% shareholding, export to and/or have operations in overseas markets and are impacted by the US tariffs. For more details of the grant, please click here.

As a whitelisted partner, WongPartnership will offer legal and contractual advisory services (including both transactional and disputes-related services) to companies impacted by the US tariffs, and assist them to review their eligibility for the Grant, assess if the Grant meets their needs, propose suitable project scopes that can support their needs, and support their application for the Grant.
