WongPartnership received awards across practice areas, individual, and deal categories at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) SE Asia Law Awards 2026.

For the fourth consecutive year, we were named Private Equity and Venture Capital Law Firm of the Year. The Private Equity practice is co-led by Mark Choy and Quak Fi Ling. The Startup and Venture Capital practice is co-led by Kyle Lee and Ong Sin Wei.

We were awarded International Arbitration Law Firm of the Year, and the Head of our International Arbitration practice, Koh Swee Yen S.C., was named Woman Lawyer of the Year – well-deserved recognition of our practice, and of Swee Yen as one of the foremost disputes practitioners in the region.

Our market-leading Banking and Finance practice, led by Christy Lim, once again distinguishes itself and was named Banking and Financial Services Law Firm of the Year.

Our work on AvePoint's landmark S$260 million secondary listing on the Main Board of the SGX-ST was named Equity Market Deal of the Year. WongPartnership acted for AvePoint, Inc. in this milestone transaction, which was the first SEC-registered offering priced in Singapore dollars with settlement on the SGX-ST. AvePoint also became the first B2B SaaS company to be listed on the SGX-ST and the first company to be dual listed on both Nasdaq and the SGX-ST. The deal team was led by Head of Equity Capital Markets, Gail Ong.
