Antero Jose Caganda is the Managing Partner of Gruba Law, a member of WPG. He graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 1994, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1995.
His practice is focused on business entity formation / reorganisation / winding up, cross-border transaction structuring, acquisitions and divestitures, debt financing arrangements, securities transactions, real property acquisition and conveyancing, and contracts.
