Cindy GOH Joo Seong is a Partner of Cheang & Ariff, a member of WPG. 

Cindy is the Head of the Intellectual Property Department and a Litigation Partner in Cheang & Ariff. Her main practice areas are Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property (IP) and Tax. 

Cindy has been consistently recognised as one of leading lawyers in Malaysia. Cindy graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia and was one of the top students in her year when she graduated. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2001.

Cindy has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Malaysian Bar IP Committee, a Council and Board Member of the Asian Patent Attorneys’ Association (APAA), and is the firm’s representative in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA).
