Fransisca is a Partner of Makes & Partners, a member of WPG.

Fransisca heads the Firm’s banking and finance practice group and is a key figure in the Firm’s mergers and acquisitions and real estate practice.

Fransisca is routinely sought by clients to assist them in financing projects, acquisition, and other corporate matters. The in-depth knowledge and acute legal skills that Fransisca brings to the table when advising and negotiating for both domestic and cross-border transactions have garnered her recognition from various publications such as IFLR 1000, asialaw and Legal 500. Fransisca is also in the 2018, 2019 and 2020 Top 100 Lawyers List in Indonesia by the Asian Business Legal Journal. She is also a registered member of the Capital Market Consultants Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal) and regularly provides legal updates on the Knight Frank Investment Guide.
