Gail ONG is the Head of the Equity Capital Markets Practice. She has represented both issuers and underwriters in a wide range of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Her experience includes U.S.-registered and Rule 144A/Reg S equity and debt offerings by issuers in various industries in Southeast and South Asia, in particular Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia and Thailand. Prior to joining WongPartnership, Gail practised U.S. securities law at the Singapore and New York offices of a leading international law firm.

Gail graduated from the National University of Singapore and obtained a Master of Laws degree at the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Singapore Bar.

Gail currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Institute of Technology.

  • The initial public offerings of companies listing on Bursa Malaysia such as Tune Ins Holdings.
