  • Singapore counsel to Shiseido Company, Limited in the divestment of its personal care business to a new company to be established by funds advised by CVC Capital Partners group.
  • The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited, in relation to the Singapore tax aspects of its purchase of Credit Suisse's trust businesses in Singapore, The Bahamas and Guernsey.
  • NIO Inc. on the Singapore tax aspects in its secondary listing on SGX mainboard. NIO is a global smart electric vehicle company, and the first company in the world to be listed on three exchanges – U.S., Hong Kong S.A.R. and Singapore.
