Wai Lun graduated with LL.B., (Hons.) from University of London, U.K. and was admitted to practise as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Malaysia in 2008.
His practice is focused on mergers & acquisitions, take-overs, equity capital markets, corporate restructurings, and corporate and commercial transactions.
Wai Lun is recognised by legal publications such as Chambers Global and Asia Pacific for the practice area of Corporate/M&A (Malaysia) since 2022, including as a "Band 4" lawyer in 2024.
