As announced by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, from 6 November 2020, Singapore will lift border restrictions for visitors from Mainland China (save that visitors must still apply and obtain an Air Travel Pass (“ATP”)). Visitors refer to foreign travellers who are not Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or Singapore Long-Term Pass Holders.

Visitors travelling from Mainland China must first apply for an ATP for entry into Singapore on or after 6 November 2020. The ATP application is free and can be done online (at https://go.gov.sg/atpsg). Please note that the ATP application must be made between 7 and 30 calendar days prior to the intended date of entry into Singapore. Visa applications (where necessary) must still be made separately.
