The Monetary Authority of Singapore has gazetted a suite of subsidiary legislation under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 to support the Global Listing Board (GLB), each of which came into operation on 29 June 2026.
In this update, our Head of Equity Capital Markets Gail Ong and Partners Karen Yeoh, James Choo and Ong Kuan Chung highlight some of the key provisions of the regulations relevant to issuers and issue managers in connection with offers and listings on the GLB. This update should be read together with our separate update dated 30 June 2026 on the SGX-ST Global Listing Board Rules. Together, these regulations and the Global Listing Board Rules make up the framework governing offers and listings on the GLB.
