On 29 October 2025, Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) announced that it has, with immediate effect, put in place new measures recommended by the Equities Market Review Group, advancing Singapore towards a more disclosure-based regulatory regime. These measures are strongly supported by industry feedback received from a public consultation conducted by SGX RegCo in May 2025.
We had in an earlier article summarised the post-listing changes proposed in the May 2025 public consultation. Likewise, this update addresses only the post-listing changes that have been implemented. Our Equity Capital Markets Practice has separately released an update on the pre-listing changes on Mainboard admission criteria.
This update discusses the key post-listing changes implemented by SGX RegCo.
