The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced on 19 November 2025 that the Equities Market Review Group (Review Group) has completed its review and released its final report, introducing new initiatives aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and attractiveness of Singapore’s equities market. These new initiatives complement the earlier measures announced by the Review Group in February and July this year. For a summary of the Review Group’s first set of recommended measures in February 2025, please refer to our earlier article.
