On the contentious front, we act for clients in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Our lawyers are active in high profile, complex arbitrations (both locally and internationally and under various institutional arbitral rules or ad hoc rules) as well as court proceedings, in matters relating to construction, development, infrastructure and power plant projects, oil and gas, chemical facilities, waste-to-energy plants, utilities supply and offtake agreements. Some of our lawyers also sit as adjudicators and arbitrators. The integrated services that we offer allow us to provide competent and practical advice on dispute management and resolution consistent with our clients’ commercial objectives.
