Our Senior Counsel are leading practitioners in their respective fields and ranked and recognised as being top tier in major legal directories, including The Legal 500: Asia Pacific, Who’s Who Legal, Chambers and Partners, and the Global Arbitration Review. Their expertise spans high profile deals and disputes in banking & finance, commercial & corporate, energy, projects & construction, infrastructure, construction & engineering and specialist & private client disputes, international arbitration and insolvency.
Our Senior Counsel are highly sought after for their elite advocacy skills and knowledge of the law. In 2020, one of our Senior Counsel, Andre Maniam, was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court, and as a High Court Judge in 2021.

In addition to their stellar legal credentials and their expertise in conducting proceedings at all court levels, including before the Singapore International Commercial Court, our Senior Counsel also hold key appointments on boards and in government bodies. These include being appointed by the Ministry of Home Affairs as a member of the Public Entertainment Board, the Criminal Law Advisory Committee (Hearing), the Casino Regulatory Authority’s Patron Dispute Committee, the Competition Appeals Board, being on the Panel maintained by the Disciplinary Tribunal Secretariat of the Supreme Court for the appointment as President of a Disciplinary Tribunal and the Chairmanship of the Criminal Law Advisory Committee. They are also members of the advisory boards at various educational institutions, including the Centre for International Law (National University of Singapore).
In the area of dispute resolution, our Senior Counsel hold key appointments in prominent organisations and thought leadership committees. These include the IPBA Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee, the ICCA-ASIL Task Force on Damages, the IBA Arbitration Committee, the Board of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, and the Singapore Mediation Centre’s Advisory Board.

Our Senior Counsel are also on the panel of arbitrators of various arbitration centres, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Asian International Arbitration Centre, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
